How to Make Aval Kesari Recipe
Ingredients
Aval - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Kesari powder-1/4 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Cardomom - 4
Cashewnuts - 2tsp
Methods
Roast cashews and aval seperatly in ghee .
Add 1/2 cup boiling water to the rice flake and cook until it is fully boiled.
Add sugar, kesari powder, cashews,Ghee and cardomoms to the mix.
Stir in low heat until it becomes a non sticky paste.
Aval Kesari is ready to serve.
